(in powder form): Coriander, Red chillies, Turmeric, Iodized Salt, Black Pepper, Tej Patha, Mustard, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin and Fennel.
Directions for use:
a. Mix 1 teaspoon of Tamarind paste with 20g 1 ½ tbsp) of Priya Fish Masala Powder and required salt, sufficient water and make the paste.
b. Apply this paste on 500g Fish pieces and keep aside for 15 minutes.
c. Fry 2 chopped onions and each 1 tsp of ginger paste, garlic paste in 2 tbsp of edible oil till golden brown colour. Add sufficient water, bring it to boil, add Fish pieces and continue to cook till pieces are cooked. Serve hot.
Optional: For More Pungency a pinch of chilli may be added at step (a)
Once opened, store in airtight container away from light to keep the contents fresh.
