(in powder form): Coriander, Red chillies, Turmeric, lodized Salt, Cinnamon, Mace, Black cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Star anise, Ginger and Shah jeera.
Directions for use:
a. Mix 2 teaspoons of Priya Ginger Garlic paste, 1 cup curd and required salt, apply this paste gently to 1 kg tender meat pleces and keep aside for ½ an hour.
b. Fry 2 chopped onions and green chillies, in Edible oil till crisp. Add 3-4 teaspoons of Priya Meet Masala Powder and fry for 1 minute.
c. Mix the contents of (a) with (b) and cook for 20-25 minutes in Edible oil.
Optional: For more pungency a pinch of chilli powder may be added at step (a).
