Instructions For Use
- In a bowl, uniformly mix Rice Dosa mix with 320 ml of water. Blend the batter in a mixer / blender for 30 seconds, allow the batter to stand for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Smear the heated pan with oil. Sprinkle 1 cup of batter on pan.
- Sprinkle butter in and around the batter. Fry on low flame till golden brown color.
- Serve hot with coconut chutni, tomato chutni and sambar.
- For Masala dosa: Sprinkle the chutni powder on dosa and spread Alu Masala on the dosa.
